It's only spring, but the Forest Service is already preparing for wildfire season

Dave Whittekiend doesn't like to be a spoilsport, but he sees the snow in the mountains everyone else is relishing and worries high vegetation may bring more wildfires. The Uinta-Wasatch-Cache Forest supervisor is already mapping a plan.
