New UMFA gallery shows how photography and transcontinental railroad merged in the 1860s

As Utah celebrates the 150th anniversary of the transcontinental railroad in May, a new gallery at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts at the University of Utah campus showcases three photographers' work in documenting the race to make history.
