When it comes to tuition increases, one size no longer fits all at Utah state colleges

Instead of setting a system-wide percentage increase for first-tier tuition, the Utah State Board of Regents will set tuition rates specific to particular institutions. The regents heard from presidents of the state's public colleges Thursday.
