Biskupski proposes exploring prison sales tax increase, $87 million bond

During her third State of the City address on Wednesday, Salt Lake City Mayor Jackie Biskupski proposed exploring using a sales tax increase and an $87 million bond to tackle housing, transit, public safety, infrastructure and air quality needs.
