German prosecutor seeks extradition for ex-Catalan leader Puigdemont
BERLIN (Reuters) - German prosecutors decided on Tuesday to apply to a regional court for the extradition of former Catalan president Carles Puigdemont who faces charges of rebellion in Spain over the region's campaign for independence.
