Utah seeking $26 million from insurers to cover unpaid Arches claims

The Utah Insurance Department is seeking to require several insurers to help pay medical providers millions in service claims that went unpaid when the Arches Health Plan went out of business at the end of 2015, but those carriers are pushing back.
