Blasts kill 31 people in northeast Nigerian state of Borno: residents

MAIDUGURI, Nigeria (Reuters) - Blasts killed at least 31 people in the northeast Nigerian state of Borno, two residents said on Sunday, marking the largest attack in several weeks in a part of the country blighted by the Islamist militant Boko Haram insurgency.
